GCA’s involvement with the project was initially to assist the developer with the preparation of concept plans and imagery for presentation to their client. The project progressed and the plans were developed to support a Development Application, and eventually for Construction Certificate issue.
GCA's Involvement
GCA’s involvement in the project involved a number of roles including:
- Input and feedback on the building’s architectural design.
- Plan preparation throughout the concept, approval and construction phases.
- Civil stormwater design for the site.
- Structural design of the building.
